The Office of the Human Rights Commissioner of the Republic of Abkhazia has received increasing numbers of inquiries from citizens concerned about the poorly organized work of the Cadastral Chamber of the Republic of Abkhazia and the resulting problems. In this regard, Human Rights Commissioner Anas Kishmaria appealed to the President of the Republic of Abkhazia, Badrа Gunba, and the Speaker of Parliament, Lasha Ashuba.
